We usually go to the helensvale GYG and haven’t had any issues, we’ve recently been to this restaurant in Upper Coomera 4 times in 3 weeks and had nothing but issues! Staff clearly are not trained enough to get a basic order correct! Every time something is wrong.

I ordered a vegetarian bowl and I found beef in it, which I ate by mistake as it was mixed in with the sauteed vegetables! It was obvious that one of the team had put some in then scooped it out again. I have been vegetarian for many years and haven't eaten cow or any other animal for a long time so you can imagine how upset I was. I rang the store and all they said was they could remake it or give me some vouchers to the value of the refund. They didn't care I lived a drive away and they wouldn't deliver. So beware, terrible service. I won't be going back.

Will never go here again. Bought my child a little g chicken burrito, my child asked why I didn't get her a chicken burrito. When I opened it up it literally had one tiny piece of chicken at the end.. absolutely shocking. I would have taken it back if we hadn't of already drove 20mins down the highway.

Realistically in this day an age you spend $6 on cheeky night snack and given this poor excuse of maybe $1 of potatoes and $1 of cheese, I should've just went to MacDonald's.

Most ridiculous amount of food I ever got in any GNG I've been before. And still got to pay the full price. Never will I ever go there again. Very disappointed. I can see there's already lots of comments on the amount given. Bad management.

Food tastes average, the slow cooked beef is usually just 90% fat and they never put the seasoning on their fries.Also if I had a $1 for every time they messed up my order I would be a millionaire. Oh and tonight I got a sundae and it was just sitting in the bag going all over the rest of my food!Just overall extremely disappointing.

I asked for two bowls with beef mince and two cokes, they also tell me to head to the first window yet no one served me so I had to move up to the next window. I then only get one bowl and get told I never had put in my second meal made me pay again. And gave us chicken instead of beef like I asked it’s absolutely unbelievable how they run this establishment I got served my Stacey and not happy with my service at all.

We are GYG fans but we were so disappointed with our take away order last night. The queso dip must’ve been thrown in the bag because it had leaked everywhere (photo below of what was left in the bag). The vegetarian meal we ordered came out with beef instead, meaning one of our children didn’t get a meal. The burritos were fantastic as always but the serving sizes of everything else were much smaller than we have ever received before from a GYG store. Not sure if it’s just a heap of new staff who are still in training or whether it is was super busy but it isn’t the standard I’m use to from GYG. Hoping to update this review in a few months and see thing improve.

I use to go to this GYG years ago and it was always great but I’ve noticed there must be new staff as every single time I’ve visited recently, they give me either someone else’s order or just the wrong order. They repeat the order back to me correctly but don’t know how to put the correct food in the bag. Ordered a burrito bowl but got a burrito. Also noticed the ridiculous small amounts of food they put in the burrito bowls once I saw the reviews. Also my food taste off. Won’t go to this Guzman again. Seriously so bad. Get new staff or something, it use to be so good like 2 years ago.

If there was no star I would give that. Don’t know which one to complain about. Messed up my order. Waited 30 min without being served in the drive through while other cars getting through. Went starlight to the window and ordered breakfast item. finally came with food that is neither a breakfast menu nor lunch something they have just cooked special for me. Their reply was we are doing lunch menu now. Why the hell did you not tell me this before and you have wasted my time. No apologies of course.To the owner : TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND PROVIDE SOME SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS NOT ONLY JUST FOOD WHICH IS MESSED UP MOST OF THE TIMES.
