Their guards seam to have a chip on their shoulders. Most are from the Indian subcontinent and although there is a lot of educated people like doctors, scientists and professors from this region Wilson employ morons who have limited communication skills in English.

The hiring process needs to be improved. I have given interview 4 months ago and just recently they reached out to me asking for a police certificate, that too when emailing and texting after every two weeks. However, after providing them all the required credentials I am still waiting on for the call from their managers to get onboard.Rather then looking for a staff they should rather just look for the managers who can look into these accounts.

I'm somewhat biased. Though they offer the complete package for your security needs. Staff often going beyond and above to satisfy their customers.

Wilson manager James is so unprofessional unethical.I have worked with them and have very bad experience have to go to fair work for the work I have done and not getting paid from them.

I cannot believe how this company operates. It took me 15 mins to even get through to someone and then they were unable to help with my inquiry.I could never recommend them.

Not even worth the 1 star review. Who closes thier gates at 7:30pm on a weekend in the city? I tell you what if my charge at 5am is more than the $120 call out fee. I'll be fuming! Absalute joke. if you park your car in the carpark and watch the last movie session which finishes at 11.15 pm, you will be walking home as they lock the car park up at 10.45 pm. I declined wilson security 70 dollar extortion fee/offer of contract to get access to my car and go about my lawful business and will never visit grand cinema in armadale or that shopping complex again. absolute rubbish service, i will vote with my wallet and let others know on my blog and social media.70 dollars fee to drive home from a business that finishes trading at 11.30 and you immobilize peoples vehicles and demand a 70 dollar fee so they can drive home, reminds me of the old highway man, stand and deliver" i would rather walk home than be extorted by a private corporation and hereby refuse any and all offers of further contracts with company. the word thieves does spring to my mind when thinking about Wilson security."

I've worked with almost every security company in Perth, and by far Wilson's is the worst. It's not the actual guards fault, they're just adhereing to the guidelines set out for them and are treated awfully as well. Anytime we've had an issue, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone who had been trained and instructed correctly, and the issues were always handled deeply unprofessionally. We've noticed a consistently money first no matter what" approach when dealing with them
