Hopeless, I took my car in to get the aircon fixed, they re-gassed my aircon knowing that the air compressor wasn’t working, then gave the car back and charged me for it. It’s one thing to be charged top dollar, but to be charged top dollar for not fixing the issue is worse...I regret using Harvey’s Mechanical.

Harvey's mechanical is the only place that we take our vehicals to as they are professional and advise you of anything that you will need to replace within the next 6-12months. I highly recommend this business to everyone we know.

After months of being stuffed around by my Hyundai dealer Harvey's was able to fix my vehicle within a day and even gave me a loan car to use while mine was under repair. Thank you so much for a great prompt service!

Very poor mechanical knowledge people.Ute was not starting, issue was bad compression in engine these people put new fuel pump and new fuel filter and charged me $500 wasted 2 days after half an hour of pickup it refused starting again.Checked with other mechanic it was low compression and oil in plugs.These people didn't even check a simple thing and refused to give my money back as fuel pump and fuel filter was not in fault at all.

I called RACQ when my mothers Ford Festiva auto gear stick become extremely hard to put into gear and it got stuck. Brandon was dispatched and i was told it could take over 2 hours but was less than 15 when Brandon called me to say he was on the way. He immediately got it out of being stuck and told me that it was the gear cable from the gear stick to the engine. He called approved mechanical repairer (Harvey's Towing Yard) and said they could put it up on the hoist and check it. I followed Brandon to the mechanics and waited about 25 min and he confirmed it was the cable we booked my car in the next morning. I called Ford for a price and they were about $180 dearer. I took Mum's car down the next morning got driven to the shopping centre and after 2 hours they called me back to say it was ready and fixed and I was picked up by one of their RACQ drivers. Tell me, what more could you ask for? I am extremely happy with RACQ at Browns Plains especially with Brandon and his professionalism and service and their approved mechanic, Harvey's Towing.
