Cash Converters Bondi Junction

I went in today to pay my loan off and I have a bad stutter, while I was trying to speak the man working at the loans counter laughed at me. Let's hope he never has to deal with something like this or god forbid he has a child with a stutter, I'm sure he wont thinks it's so funny then.

Do not waste your time selling used goods at this store. Even with a written quote in email, the staff would refuse to buy it at the quoted price. It seems like they use the quote as a bait to lure you into the store so they can 'eat your alive'.

Couldn't have hate better service, the guys were extremely helpful, bought what I wanted and it was in near new condition, honestly save me around 2 grand on a new one

Don’t usually leave bad reviews or complain but I’ve been a loyal customer of CC Bondi, I’ve taken out 42 pawnbroking deals, paid off 35 of them, and have always been treated well and looked after - I even got to know some of the staff. Today I turned up at 3:25pm with 1 other customer in the store and 3 staff members. Only wanted to put in an item (AirPods) that has been in before and genuinely only took about 5 minutes last time to process. Was told all the 3 staff were busy and to come back tomorrow by the South African staff member. If you stop serving customers before closing time don’t advertise the personal finances will be open until 3:30pm. Lost a customer and will never be returning except to pick up my remaining items.

Don’t bother. The quotes they give you are an absolute joke. $1-$5 for a good as new $350 bag is just insulting.

We were in the store on 11 April ‘23 and “John” made a purchase of a 2nd gen iPad for my young son extra special. The little guy was chuffed and we’re grateful for the wonderful customer service.Bravo John and team!

Have sold and bought a few things over the past couple of years here and never been disapointed. Prices are very reasonable and all staff that I have dealt with have provided great service.I do usually go to Brian however, he’s always very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Was given a quote for my items online only to come into the store for them to change their mind and told me they don't buy that kind of stuff anymore. Wasted half my day travelling there...
