I have been in to this service centre multiple times to transfer vehicle registration, transfer drivers licence, boat licence, re-register expired vehicle rego etc. Every time I have received helpful and friendly service from all staff. Very Impressed

Thanks for your understanding when my nephew turned up from Sydney to do his driving test, and on cue the brake light failed. Shaun, your patience and helpfulness went above and beyond. We appreciated that you waited for us to get the light repaired - country hospitality, that I'm sure wouldn't have happened in Sydney. He is a very happy teenager after passing, even with all that stress before the test. I'm sure your calm manner helped to de-stress him too. Many Thanks!!

Absolutely disgusting was told I'd get a refund in Dec 19 ref my Rego, nothing spoke to RMS NSW a week ago they told me Bega office will call you today, that's a week ago, today I ring again and was told there was an issue with my middle name my card from another government department has just my initial not my middle name as RMS has that's the issue, my issue is when we're RMS going to tell me I say NEVER, Piss poor customer service Bega lift your game

Efficient check-in at reception, no waiting and easy going friendly staff. Can get busy, but I had a great experience for many changes required to car rego's and ownership transfers. The grandkid got her licence here in 2017 and they were friendly and helpful then too.

Went in to renew my licence. Guy met at the door, helped me with the form, took me through the eye test, even gave me a 50% price reduction for not getting booked. All up 15 minutes. Great service.
