Instant Windscreens Osborne Park - Repairs & Tinting

I had my car's windows tinted at Instant Windscreens in Osborne Park and the results were amazing. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

I came home from a family trip a couple weeks ago to find one of the windows in my car had been smashed. Instant Windscreens turned what should’ve been a very stressful experience, into a simple and easy one. Julie had wonderful customer service and the whole team was so accommodating and ensured my window was done as fast as possible. I had my car back in a couple of days!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND…Absolutely terrible customer service and workmanship.After 3-4 month trying to get a resolve for issues after windscreen replacement, from buying parts to detailing after tinting at my expense, Barry (instants national owner based Osbourne park) today told me I will have no recourse if I were to go to consumer credit protection and any request for repairs/compensation will likely be ignored.During our conversation I was called a C by his son and abused while he was trying to push responsibility back onto me they paying customer.Also for the tinting my car has been in there twice and needs to go back a third time because they still have not done the job properly.I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL BE SEEKING AN ALTERNATIVE REPAIRER AT MY COST .

I have checked my car around and given 100% clean. After tinting my car they made so many scratches and chip both side on my car. I have complain to manger but he refuse to accept their fault. Instead they have pushed me to pay the fees otherwise they are not going to release my car. On top there is a aged guy who is very rude and unprofessional in customer service. I am not so happy and i don’t recommend. Waste of time and money.

Amazing service. Had my car window smashed and these guys were able to replace it within 3 hours. Friendly, professional, easy to get to - amazing!

After installation of side window, vehicle was returned with broken side door trim panel. An attempt had been made to glue the broken panel together but now the window control switch cannot be operated without it falling out of it's housing. No admission of the damage or apology was received. Not happy!!!!

Highly recommend the team at Instant Windscreens Osborne Park. Barry in particular was of great assistance in replacing the side window on our Delica. Thank you for all your hard work on this somewhat challenging replacement!!
