First Copy

I was robbed by them. I wish I had read google reviews before I entered this shockingly overpriced printing shop. Okay here is the thing. I paid 18 dollars for four one inch sized ID photos which is not the worst. And then I asked them to e-mail me the photo, I thought it should be free, because post costs you 18.95 for 6 ID photos and they send photos to your e-mail box for free. Guess what, they charged me 17 dollars for them to choose the photo from the file and send it to me. Just amazing!! What’s more, I paid 6.9 dollars for 7 pages of normal black and white printings. I couldn’t believe what I heard at the moment when they told me the price. When I said I wanted to pay by card, the owner complained and said we are getting too many card payments today. Obviously, he tries to avoid paying taxes regularly. And there was zero customer services either. I waited and waited and finally robbed. My dear god, this is the shop you should never ever step in like forever. I think We should all report this shop.

Absolutely horrible staff, rude asian lady at the counter. Doesn't knows how to talk to customers and overcharges people. I got printing done and per page she charge 70c. Please i recommend everyone to report this shop

0 stars if I could. These store owners make genuine chinese businesses look bad. I am chinese and trust me, we do not claim them as our own. Please do not come here! You can get cheaper, better and more reliable printing service at officeworks. These guys rip you off big time and are extremely rude. There needs to be a petition to close their shop but I’m not sure how they stay afloat.

I went there on the 22 of June today to take my passport photos. As i walked in i saw a graphic video being played on his laptop of some sort of Asian movie he was watching. as he saw me he panicked and got up and paused the video. So he took a photo of me and when I asked him to see the photo he was so rude and didn't show it to me. He told me if you want you can go to another shop. Now since I didn't have time to go to a different shop I printed the photos there. Now I'm waiting to get my photos. So now that I got my ohotos I realised that he charged me $15 instead of $10 And when I told him I want my refund he shout at me and called me a liar and said don't do this. You told me you wanted 6 photos not 4 and blah blah. Now he was so mean and rude and if you want an old man to insult you please go to 1st copy at Sunnybank Hills shopping town.

Worst Service ever had! Extremely awful!! If you'd like to pay for rudeness and insult, go there.

1st copy printed a photo I took of an old oil on canvas painting my grandmother had done.All I did was send them a photo off my phone and they copied it, blew it up, and printed it on a canvas frame ready to be wall mounted.So happy with the quality looks exactly like Nan painted it herself!Could not recommend these guys enough. 5/5!

I think they did a great job we went there for our daughter s passport size picture. Price is cheap & they are reliable.

Feels like I got robbedThe sign says $1 per a4 colour print and i got charged $18 for 4 a4 blurry colour printsWhat's more I went across to the library to reprint after he refused to do the job properlyAnd the library only costed 1.5 per colour printNo hidden charges. No dodgy prints.The library has great laser colour print now.Please don't get robbed like I did
