MY PHONE GP (Phone and laptop Repairs & Accessories)

After buying a screen protector in July, have had to get it replaced 4 times as each one bubbled within a week of it being on.Go and speak to one of the workers and get told that it is my fault. The guy was rude, unprofessuonal and down right mean.Would never go to this place to get anything for my phone again.

I had taken my nieces iPad here because the charger piece had broken inside the charging port, nothing major just needed to remove stuck piece or replace charging port. Took it here for removal, they removed the piece I paid $70 thought everything was okay. Noticed screen had cracks I thought they were already there until I got home and my sister told me those were not there before. Then not even half and hour later the touch for the screen stopped working (had no problems prior). One side of the screen has come away from the back an now has a gap not even a week later, so disappointed. Now I have to pay for it to get fixed else where which is going to cost more then what it should have. Poor quality of work.

Worst place !!! The guy is sooo rude!I took my phone there to get a phone screen protector and after a week I noticed it started unsticking from my screen and there was 2 cracks. I returned it and asked him to replace it. He straight away said it was my fault. I pointed out that it was unsticking and admitted that bit was his fault and he would only fix that bit. I argued with him that it cracked because it was lifting and he continued denying it and said it was because of shock damage (which I had not dropped or anything and no other part of my phone was damaged). After my partner got involved and I said I am happy to replace it with the cheaper plastic protector he finally said he would replace it for free once only with the cheaper plastic one and if there were any more issued with it that we should not come back. We were both shocked that he said that. ! I will never go back !!

There are a lot of phone accessories here, so it's good to choose. And all the staff are friendly, and the repairs are so good.

This is my favourite phone case/repair shop so far. I always visit here for a new case. Great customer services from Louie as always.They replaced my iphone 6+ battery within 30 mins the other day and it’s been great ever since then. Definitely recommending this place.

After 2 unsuccessful screen protectors on my note 20 i went here. I asked the bloke if their protectors will peel off and he said no. After 5 days the screen protector lifted and because the suefaces had a gap its cracked the glass. He said if it peels or breaks to bring it back with receipt. Went there todayto get my screen fixed and they blatantly refused saying i cracked due to neglect and would not fix it. Poor products wich i could understand but dont give waranty and waste my time coming back to fix something and thennsay no. I would never go back

Good service and quality products, based on my experience. Wondering if you replace Apple Watch batteries as well?

Really disappointed after spending $60 on a phone case/wallet and the zip failed after about a month and MyPhoneGP refused to replace it. Even when the office of fair trading attempted to remediate the situation, they refused to cooperate. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this retailer.

I recommend this place. Whether it's a new boss or a new technician, thank you so much for being so kind and fixing my phone so well. The female staff was also very kind and explained well.

first I dont think I have ever left a review on google for anything ever...here we go. I've brought in my note 10 plus at least 3 times no problems always great work. but this time they put on a screen protected it didn't have the hole cut out for the ear piece and front camera. within 1 hour I got a call and couldn't hear out of the ear piece but the bottom speaker was working fine so I ripped off the screen protected and I could hear fine after that.took it back the next day and I was called a lier immediately so I ended up arguing with the man for a while but he wouldn't budge because he says the screen protecter was damaged so no warranty but like I told the man there was no hole cut out for the speaker so I had to rip it off. I could see in his eyes when he realised I was right but held to his guns and I will never go back.I have had so many things done there since they have been open but first time I had a problem. but would not come to the party. I did yell at him after calling me a lier and he turned his back on me so many times.
