Its not often that you leave a shop knowing that the guys running it would do anything for you.Luke and his staff are some of the best people you will meet.My shoes came back literally better than brand new!! I almost didn’t believe they were mine. And my wife had her car key repaired in about 3 minutes for a fraction of the prices we were quoted elsewhere.Seriously, West Gippsland should be supporting these guys as much as possible!! They actually care about their customers.

They re-soled a pair of boots for me. Did a great job and pretty quick too.Better to reuse than bin...

These guys are legends!! Always so helpful. Really glad to have them in town :).

I lost my car key on Friday.I got a quote from the local locksmith- $800I posted on Facebook asking my friends and a couple recommended Warragul Multi Service.I rang Luke, he was at home in the eastern suburbs (over an hour away).He got straight in his car, was friendly and made me two keys for 300 less than the other mob quoted for 1 Key.He literally saved our weekend!!

Very unprofessional, do not respond to several query messages left after they have looked at them on messenger as they don't seem to answer their phone either. Would not recommend.

1 star is generous really. Called Luke for an emergency call out being told he could come at 7am the following morning. Needing to get the car going to get to work in the city... All morning no response until I was already on a train and majorly late for work being told an emergency came up" apparently booking an emergency the night before wasn't emergency enough. After providing him with my dad's details to arrange a time to get it done letting him know to contact ASAP as dad had also missed out on half a day of work so dad could work some part of the day Luke still days later hasn't even bothered to call or text. So unprofessional and unreliable"

I looked around for literally months trying to find someone to do my car key. The dealership said over $1000 and no where else could do it.These guys got it done!! They made me a coffee and had the key done in 15 mins. I ended up getting two keys for less than a third of one key from the dealership. Amazing service!! A+++++

Ryan, he was nice, easy to talk to and did a great job, we would not hesitate to use him again.
