I came into malt and honey for a late breakfast to which they catered to my needs perfectly, as I was a little late after the designated breakfast without hesitation they quickly and beautifully put together one of the most spectacular big breakfasts I have received in terms of looks, taste and of course they did all this with a smile. Thanks so much malt and honey and especially the chefs and customer service representatives that provided me with a spectacular experience.

We visited recently and found Malt & Honey a lovely venue. While I can appreciate parking could be troublesome, the stars aligned for us and we found one quickly. The service was mostly good (putting 2 tables together no fuss), albeit a little lacking initially when multiple staff walked by doing their tasks and did not acknowledge us. After that though and the order placed, the food came pretty quickly and everything was correct. I loved my Twisted Avocado dish and the Eggs Benedict was also really enjoyed. The big brekkie had by our 2 other attendees were a hit and a miss for various reasons (one mentioning that it was a little greasy for their liking and the other saying they enjoyed it). One other minor inconvenience was dripping from the roof onto the tables, while not a fault of the venue, could be rectified perhaps with an umbrella above the table. Again this was probably due to the rain in the early morning/overnight. The coffee was great and babycino also a hit. The location is great, super close to the beach for a walk afterwards.

The service, views and food here are all 5 star. Our waitress was so lovely and offered to check on our food after waiting probably only 10 minutes. We declined because the service was actually very quick! The views are beautiful and the food is amazing. We ordered two meals plus coffee and add-ons, and it only came to just under $55. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very friendly and welcoming service by the owner. Unfortunately there was a mishap in the kitchen with one of our orders which prevented them to serve all our meals at the same time, but they did apologise for that. Once we all had our meals served it was of outstanding standard. It was all very tasty indeed!

Food and coffee were piping hot but overall just average..We ordered a egg and bacon roll..egg was way over cooked ..the bun was small and slightly burnt..I think there is room for improvement..Good luck.

Would be a fantastic place to have brekkie if not for the single lane of parked cars blocking the great view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Coffee is very important to me, and the coffee served here is average. On the slightly burnt side with a sourness, which I think is the beans. The big brekkie was enjoyable, the mushrooms being the stand-out, but there was nothing else remarkable about it. I left the eggs til the end, and they were stone cold, which really surprised me because I'm not a slow eater. The eggs Benny were nice, eggs cooked to order but could've had a little more hollandaise sauce. For the price, I would've expected slightly more 'wow' factor.

The service and food was fantastic. Came with my friend who is coeliac and the server gave confidence that the kitchen could accommodate. They had a separate fryer for gluten free meals. Great value for money.

View is great, location has easy access, food was delicious, the atmosphere just wasn't there. The staff seemed very stressed and overwhelmed. The fellow behind the counter taking the orders was not concentrating on the person he was serving, rather being distracted by others around him. I had to repeat myself 3 times whilst ordering as it was Very loud and he wasn't paying attention or looking at me/ in my direction. The tables are just that little bit too close to each other, maybe a re jig of the layout would improve customer experience.
