I was recommended to Ryan and the team by my Mortgage broker - that's the best thing she ever did (aside from getting my mortgage). 18 Weeks from Slab down I had my keys. 20 weeks and I was moved in to this fabulous home. The whole process from beginning to end less than 10 months. The home is beautiful, the workmanship is impeccable and all the trades where great when i popped in to visit. Ryan, Adam, Sarah and Melissa have been awesome with all my requests and questions - nothing has been too much effort for them. I loved that I could ring the guys anytime and I wasn't just a number but a valued customer. I would never build with anyone else again!! and i am recommending the guys to anyone that is looking to build. I feel I have become somewhat of a friend - Love you guys and Love your work. A few points of detaling our experience:- Ryan's approachable, professional, direct, no BS attitude that is so refreshing, especially at the start of the building process. I can't emphasis enough how easy it was to sit down with Ryan and have a conversation with what feels like a mate, not someone wanting to score some commission.- Mel's excellent design advice and guidance throughout the build. Once we had established the idea and feel we were going for, Mel took to it like a duck to water and provided ideas and examples that made the house far higher quality than I anticipated and has the finishing touches that it needed.- Sarah, Nat and Tischa were always welcoming, friendly, efficient and understanding and it made all the difference, especially being a first time builder. Each query we had was actioned and executed so quickly and our concerns were always met with a understanding and a willingness to ease the stress- Adam worked so hard at each stage of the build so ​that it progressed as quick as possible, without sacrificing quality. His tradespeople are top notch; we bought many a carton as we could see how hard these boys worked and the pride they take in being part of Ryza. Every time we had a chat with their trades, each said how much they love working for Ryza themselves and it can be seen in their quality of work.Ryza are the best builders in town. We love our home and we would highly highly recommend Ryza to anyone looking to build a stand out home.

My husband and I spent over 3 years looking for an established house – we did not want to build again after having had bad experience with a large well known project builder. Unable to find what we wanted we decided we had to build and took our design ideas to various builders. They all told us that we would first need to level and retain our sloping building block and that the only way forward was to install a huge limestone retaining wall and back fill with sand. This needless to say would have cost the earth! So I kept asking the same question of every builder“is it not possible to have just the house pad level? Not really
