Please don't rent with this agency. They want your money. They do not care about you.I inspected the house (poor conditions); during the inspection, I asked if the house would be repaired before I got the keys, and the agent SAID YES.When I got the keys (contract signed), I saw the house; the house was even worst.I returned to the agency and asked to cancel the contract because I could not live on the property in that condition. They said: You need to pay for the break lease.SO I DID STAY (I took pictures and sent them to the agent)Now, at the end of the contract, they are asking to pay for the repairs.What???Where are the emails between the first agent and me?Condition report? Pictures?Unfortunately
