Pearl Nails

Walked out with one nail completely going in a different direction than my finger. When I asked the lady to fix it she completely twisted my finger and told me I needed to look at it like that...guess apparently I’m expected to walk around for the next few weeks twisting my finger in a new direction 24/7...

I made a booking for my friend and I to get a pedicure, however that didn’t matter. We were treated as walk-ins. I had to wait an hour before my pedicure was actually started. The lady doing my feet kept tapping me instead of communicating what she needed me to do with my feet, so I had to continually ask her what she wanted me to do. What an ordeal! Not the relaxing time-out we had hoped for. Never going back.

Very rude staff.. I asked the lady to do the gel manicure which was the service of 24$. She started putting nail polish without base coat. She even asked me to pay for the manicure before she starts the service. I was wondering why is she asking so. When I asked her, she said nail polish will take a while to dry so it’s better if you pay before the service. Again When I asked her why are you not putting the base coat, she said we just put normal nail polish in manicure service. I stopped her at that time before putting nail polish & said I don’t want to continue the service . I asked the manager about their so called “Manicure” service. He said the same as that lady. Even I didn’t take the full service they charged me full money. Throughout the whole altercation that manager rudely asked me “which is your country?” I asked that manager to atleast deduct the nail polish service charges because I haven’t got the nail polish done. He refused that as well & charged me full money. NEVER EVER GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET DECEIVED!!

Walked out with two bleeding cuticles and worse acrylic set, My nails looks ugly and fake, and also they speak in another language to other staffs kinda bothers me. Dissappoiinted. While leaving i thought she'll put cuticle serum or something but no, she left after putting gel polish and started doing other person nails. I kinda stood there and looked at her, she directed me towards pay station. Please don't go there to waste your money.

Would NOT recommend to any one.One of the worst nail place I have been.It’s Over priced and poor quality service, staff were rushing to get the job done, don’t feel it’s worth the price at all.

Come here every time to get my nails done and have so for the last year! SNS last for at least 4 week with no cracks or issues, always leave very pleased.

Appalling customer service, staff are rude and look distracted and disinterested. Had a very rushed and careless pedicure and was the most awful one I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!!

Customer Beware!! Do not risk it. I have just had a manicure and an eyebrow & eyelash tint. Three bleeding cuticles and an eyelash tint that was so painful and rough that I am surprised I can still see. The apology had to be dragged out of the lady who served" me and her response was "this is how I always do it...what more do you want?!". A truly woeful experience..spare yourself the grief! 22 March 2018"

The quality was absolutely bad, after just 2days the nail came off

They Are abusing putting the prices up!!! (Everybo knows covid had affected inputs prices plus transports) but to charge $40for a shellac manicure???? They said $3 dollars to remove old colour from your nails so total $43.I’ve been in Pearl Nails Leichhardt and the same service $37 removing all colour, also in Chastwood Chase at the top level Luxury Nails the service is $38Not fair
