AVOID!I made a booking for a my car to get looked at by Zack's Automotive in Muswellbrook. There was an issue with the central locking and working power windows.They had a look on a Monday and at around 5pm they presented me with my car that had not been fixed and power windows that did not function anymore. The windows were stuck in a fully open position, rendering my car unusable because I couldn't leave it securely anywhere.They said they couldn't fix it or the windows they broke, and I should take my car to an auto electrician.I have since taken my car to an Auto electrician who advised me that the windows were not working due to the negligence of the Zack's Automotive, they did not put everything back in it's place after pulling everything apart. He took photos and documented their negligence.They have since denied any wrong doing and refused to refund me. I had to pay someone else to fix their mistake. So I paid once to make my car worse and once to fix their mistake.Avoid at all costs!

Zack has been amazing for us right from the start , he was on holidays and still came in from home to help. Has answered more calls for help after our initial rescue and repair aswellThankyou so so much to Zack and your amazing team.Would recommend a thousand fold and then some.

Zach and his team have expanded the meaning of car service so much that they create a burden for themselves of future expectations. I cannot thank them enough for a recent car service.
