Ella Baché

Had been gifted a 30 minute massage voucher for Christmas by a friend. Went in today and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. I felt out of my element because I've always viewed Ella Bache as a boujee company, but they were great. Super calming and kind space. Am really grateful they didn't treat me any differently as they would any other paying customer. The massage was so relaxing that I was basically sleep walking after it was done lol. Definitely would recommend - perfect thing to treat yourself with.

I went yesterday to the Ella bache in Loganholme to get my first ever spray tan as a little tryout to compare it to at home tan. The tan has left me looking orange and is super dark in some areas whereas barely touched in other areas. My hands and feet look like I’ve been using self tan as moisturiser but my neck right under my chin is white compared to the rest of my body. I received the medium tan as I wasn’t looking to be too dark. When initially booking the tan the lady on the phone and some other employee were bickering which we could hear on our side of the phone. I am attempting to use makeup remover to try and even out my tan in areas where it desperately needs it such as my hands, toes and around the sides of my foot and my elbows. I followed all of their instructions they left us and still these are the results I was left with. I could have and have previously done so much better myself at home with Bondi sands tan. These are the results about 24 hours after receiving the tan. Depending on how it is looking tomorrow I don’t think I will be coming back to Loganholme Ella bache for their tanning services again. For $50 I was expecting much better.

Had an amazing start to my morning thanks to Lee! A one hour massage and Oxygen Facial and we added on LED. I feel so relaxed and my face has never felt so hydrated. I am looking forward to coming back for more treatments.

Booked for a 2 hours facial and massage - and this is yet another poor experience at Ella Bache. Products caused irritation and had to ask therapist to stop (for the second time) to remove all products, 15 minutes prior to the end of my scheduled appointment. The therapist was apologetic & empathetic (which is saving this review from being a 1 star) however I had to ask for a discount as I hadn’t received the full service. And the manager did so evidently begrudgingly and with no apology for the experience in their store.Previous bad experiences:Therapist used the ENTIRE facial appointment to sell products so it was not relaxing at all.Appointment was running late, no apology from staff and no warning on arrival that there was a delay.Hopefully I will never be gifted a voucher for Ella Bache again.

I’ve come here a couple times and the experience has always been good!! Not today, my eyebrows are so uneven it’s not even funny and had pulled most of my hairs out on one side and cut them so far up, definitely won’t be back.

Here for massage and unfortunately after experiencing many spa massages (as I regularly go) this was unfortunately the softest massage I felt in my entire life, she also finished my massage earlier than my husbands who was in the same room for our couples massage and my therapist left me on the table while my husband continued to receive his massage. Just didn't seem like a professional experience and I did leave disappointed.

My 1st visit was today and they made an impression. Very professional. Very welcoming, clean and tidy.Service great.

My mother and I booked to have Signature Facials. Ladies were very pleasant and professional. We were made very comfortable, the facials were WONDERFUL (so many products used) and we were even offered Green Tea when the Facials were completed. We have had the same Facial before at another Ella Bache branch and this one was so much better! Would definitely recommend.
