Big Flavours did the catering for our wedding and the food was delicious! We had canapés, entree and mains and our guests had many compliments for the food - especially the kangaroo tartare! My partner and I also loved that there is a wide variety of options to choose from.Sam was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process, even with my request to organise different cutlery. I knew going with Big Flavours was the right choice from the moment we met Sam for our tasting as he was very organised and passionate about his food. We would absolutely recommend Big Flavours to anyone seeking a catering service!

We had a fabulous experience using Big Flavours catering for our 50th birthday celebrations. From our first contact communication was excellent, always prompt and responsive. Sam, Events coordinator, was always helpful in answering our questions and helped us put together our fingerfood and platter catering menu. Phillip and Lilian, our chef and waitperson for the night, were terrific; friendly and efficient, with great attention to our needs and those of our guests especially those with dietary requirements. Service was seamless and food was great. We got lots of great feedback from our guests on the quality of the food. Everything was cleaned up beautifully at the end. We would have no hesitation is recommending Big Flavours Catering.

We engaged Big Flavours to cater our wedding with a buffet comprised of dill-cured salmon fillets, glazed beef short ribs, and pan-roasted herb gnocchi. We recently had buffet lunch and afternoon tea catering by Big Flavours for a company event. Everyone enjoyed the food. Sam is very responsive, helpful and flexible with our requirements.
