I never leave reviews but after the experience with this seller I had too!This is a warning to anyone looking to purchase here. Buyers please be aware of any online sale at the time of your purchase so you don’t get charged full price on sale items.I live locally so I purchased in person and paid $45 for an epoxy kit. When I was told the price in store I thought to myself, I’m sure I had seen it online earlier that morning for less but thought I must have been mistaken so I paid the $45 for it.After leaving I kept thinking I’m sure I saw it online for cheaper so jumped on and had a look, I was right! It was approx $39 including gst.Within an hour of buying the kit I email the seller out of curiosity as to why I was charged more. The response received was that the sale is only available to online orders. Why would you disadvantage someone for coming in and purchasing in person?Funny thing is though, when I received the response re online only sale I jumped onto his website and put through a order and selected click and collect (pick up form same location), doing it this way I was entitled to the discount! So again, just because I didn’t purchase online I’m not entitled to a discount that is available to those who put their order through online. On top, seller doesn’t mention it to people when they come in that they can buy online right now and select click and collect and walk out with the item.After going back to the seller with pretty much what I said above he changed his tune to say that I should have purchased during sale, insinuating that the sale started right after I left his shop!He eventually gave me a refund (that I did not ask for) so I’ll give him points there but at the end of the day I found the experience quite frustrating and dishonest (in my eyes).I put this warning for all because you might be going there to buy more then one epoxy kit. $6 isn’t much but imagine it was $20 because you purchased multiple items. Is that amount something to then start worrying about?I’m an advocate of supporting local businesses but given this experience it is the last time I will purchase there.

Friendly and efficient. Placed an order midday Friday and was delivered first thing Saturday morning. Had a question before placing the order and was responded to straight away.

I actually suggest it to everyone because I am so pleased with the service and high-quality products
