An 85 year old with a morning appointment was made to wait 90 minutes to receive a flu injection, that was administered within 1-2 minutes. It is difficult to conceive how the schedule could fall behind 90 minutes within an hour of opening.There is no accountability at this centre for the patient experience. Ultimately the flu injection was administered by the patient's regular GP who observed the unnecessary wait time (i.e. the original appoinment was not fulfilled).

Not the first time I have called the clinic to try and book in.Constantly get told they’re not taking new patients and this has happened since they’ve opened.As a Red Cliffs local I don’t think we should be struggling to get into clinics in our little town.

The wait times are more than half hour but doctors here are very professional

Great receptionists and professional doctors. There is a clinical lab on site as well
