I am dispointed with their services. I got faulty from Aerpro product. They did sent the parts partially for replacement. The replacement is more worse than before. That is not working at all. I got difficulty to claim for replacement the new parts again.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have not received any updates yet. Do not get tricked by their prices. If you need a part ASAP, just get it from a reputable shop.Update: my experience at their shop was much better than my online experience. Not sure why online orders take such a long to be fulfilled.

Called AUTOMOTIVE SUPERSTORE for some assistance when I got stuck on the website and spoke with KEVIN who is legit a straight up legend! First of all, this guy knows literally everything about cars, Super friendly, Super Helpful, gave me some real proper information about what products would best suit my car and why! I ended up doing my whole order with KEVIN over the phone. I just wanted to recognize him for providing such high-quality service because I can tell you now, it's not common! Also, shoutout to the company, Automotive Superstore! where have you been all my life? Amazing products for awesome prices! I mean I just bought Brembo brakes n rotors for under $300! Crazy! Never buy anything from them. The customer service is awful. Bought 4 speakers, one has quality problem and sound broken. They kept asking to provide photos to prove I mounted and wired the speaker correctly. While I have already told them the broken speaker had been tested by so many different ways such as mounted and wired to the same connection which the other speakers had no problem at all. Also it took about two weeks for them to reply on my request. Fine, just one speaker. Not going to waste time with them and I just threw it into the bin and buy somewhere else.

Great customer service and prices. Bought a head unit from here, and it was significantly cheaper than other shops. Sergei helped me pick out a good unit, and was very helpful in the installing stage. I thought I could install the unit myself, but i couldn’t, went back to the shop and Sergei wired the unit for me very quickly. The staff at the store are all very kind and helpful. I’m very satisfied with the service and I recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality and fair priced audio upgrades for their car.
