Peachester Memorials

Our family had quite the journey just conducting a burial during the COVID-19 lock downs. As a family we engaged a headstone maker to create a monument of our design following the burial. Unfortunately two years past and all we had were endless excuses. We were cautious about engaging a new headstone maker after our first experience until we met Wayne from Peachester Memorials. We had enquired with other providers but it was very clear from the moment we connected with Wayne that we need look no further. Wayne takes great pride in his work. He considers all aspects with finely tuned attention to detail. He understands that a monument is often an emotional project for families. In our family’s opinion there many operators in the industry however Wayne’s superior professionalism, knowledge, ability to collaborate and action quickly places him in a league of his own. For us he was kind, friendly and easy to work with. He took genuine interest in understanding both the project and the person for whom the project was for. He has his own workshop with materials. This alone meant no additional wait times on materials. He also cuts the stone himself which is a craft itself. We were invited to his workshop to have the initial discussion, from there he kept us up to date and developed rap-ore with all family members. He provided photos during the course of the project and discussed any obstacle encountered without delay. We even bumped into him unexpectedly onsite while he was doing measurements for us. He cares about your journey and he listens. We are so pleased with the monument Wayne created for us. It’s exactly what we imagined, just better. Thank you Wayne, you exceeded our expectations.
