Bluebird Airport Shuttle

Very unorganised service, driver had no idea who we were or where we were going, even though i entered all flight, accommodation & passenger information & prepaid. Drove past our hotel at least 3 times before we exited the bus, dropping off others as we travelled.The transfer from CBD to airport was worse; bus was a no-show, i was given three conflicting pick up" times from a 30 minute window to a 20 minute window with them finally revealing the driver came to collect us outside of either of these times anyway!So we caught a taxi

Disgusting service.Was booked on the wrong shuttle (despite having the confirmation for the one I booked for) which resulted in me losing 2 hours of sleep and being stuck at the airport far longer than I would like.Was promised a refund and a reimbursement of the taxi fare I had to pay for as a result.Took over 3 weeks for them to begin responding to my numerous calls and emails.Consistently make empty promises to call you back but never do.Driver on the first trip was also incredibly offensive and dismissive of Australian cultures.Disgusting. Will never use again and recommend you do not also

waited one hour at melbourne airport for shuttle to turn up then sat waiting a further 15min for driver to get ready, he said he was waiting for authorisation from the boss. I could not wait any longer so I went and got a cab as I had an appointment in the city. My wife and I wasted $30 on using this company not to mention the additional cost of the cab. never again

If I could I would rate less. Booked in advance as I wanted to get home quick after a 25 hour flight. Had to wait more than 1.5 hours no bus arrived for the booked time. Was given false information when I called then was told the transfer would be there in 10 minutes everything I called them. Others in the same bus had been waiting even longer than me. It should be illegal to charge for this!!!!

Unorganised and late pickup. Booked a shuttle for a midnight pickup from the airport. When I called the company, I was informed that the shuttle had just left the airport and the next available shuttle would arrive around 00:25. Ended up leaving the airport at 00:40. That's 40minutes after the scheduled pickup. Why bother asking for arrival time when we still need to wait that long for a shuttle?

We can only add on to the reviews already here. We had a terrible experience with Bluebird. We had to wait more than an hour for our bus to leave the airport and another hour plus driving to our destination. What could have been a 30 minute cab ride turned into nearly 2 and a half hours. With two sleepy kids we didn't arrive at our hotel until after 11 PM after landing at 8:30. We are eating the prepaid return trip cost to the airport and taking a cab rather than risk another miserable experience with this company.

Dreadful company. Booked our tour through Freedom Australia in the UK who booked through AAT Kings in Australia. On arrival told to look for Bluebird Airport Shuttle rep who took 15mins for us to locate, we were then walked to a stop where we waited a further 30mins for a minibus. It didn't help that we were last to be dropped off at our hotel. Not much fun after 24 hours of travelling. For our return we were asked to confirm 24 hours before transfer which we tried to do but they had no record of our booking. We contacted AAT Kings who contacted them and assured us of our booking for 7Am the following day. Ready at 7Am and no Bluebird shuttle. Again rang them and they said they couldn't find our booking. We ended up taking a taxi $66 lighter. But made the flight. Other travellers we spoke to had had similar experiences. Avoid at all costs.

No sense of punctuality and no customer service. First time pick up to go to airport arrived almost half hour late. Second time booked to go from airport back to the north part of the city. Half way the driver told my husband that the closet highway exit was closed and told my husband to get down in another suburb to take public transportation, in the middle of night. He paid for door-to-door service so of course he refused and honestly, the next exit was less than 10mins away from the drop-off point. Then the driver decided not to drop him off and instead traveled all the way down to the beach and finally drop him off after one and half hour after boarding (it was 11pm no traffic). After he arrived we call the customer service but they just don't care and hang up disruptively with no apology. Trust online review and avoid this company.

The shuttle bus is late for more than 1.5hr while we wait in the cold winter night 11pm. All they did is keep asking us to wait more and more.No one apologise for this delay and keep blaming for the passengers not landing on time even though the flight number were provided in advance. There are also 4 other passengers waiting and the minimum waiting time is over 1hr as well.The driver and the customer service guy at the airport also doesn't understand English well enough to carry out this basic level service.I would highly recommend this company to SHUT DOWN.

We had no trouble at all with their service. We booked return tickets and both times we had very helpful and courteous drivers. I decided to change the return time by 1 hour (later pick up) and the change was accepted graciously and efficiently (I did it a few hours before the scheduled pick up time). Of course, everyone has their own experience, but I wanted to say that there are positive experiences too.
