Just another subway. Bad sandwiches with horrible ingredients sold by an franchise, poorly trained staff who appear to have lost the will to live, same as subway everywhere. But the opening hours are useful on mid-top campus at UNSW if you want some food after 3pm. The useful opening times takes them from two to three stars.

Liked the subway staff and his warm welcome. A good place to grab something at affordable prices in Case you forgot to prepare your lunch. International students, it's a good place for you when you are considering your pocket.

First couple experiences haven't been amazing. Both times they've run out of certain salad options and second time the meat tasted burnt.

Quality varies, but the staff there are very hard-working and often shorthanded with the amount of orders that come through. Quite a popular place with many students going for all meals of the day. Usually a wait to get your order through. Average quality as subways go. Price may be higher than some places and there's no special or good deals for students.

I don't believe their little sign about some sort of lettuce shortage - it seems more probable that the management are just being cheap. Salad quantity is about half of what I've experienced at other Subway shops.

Your typical Subway store, however the portion sizes are MUCH smaller than other Subways. They barely put any fillings inside the bread, such that the top bread touches the bottom bread. The entire sub roll is seriously so skinny. Other than that, the service is decent (not great, but not bad either).

I normally don't write reviews, but I think that it's important for the management to know what's happening at the store. I was ordering a sub when I saw another staff member replace the 'use before' sticker on the food pans. I looked closely and realized that the tomatoes that had a used before day as 'tuesday' (the day after my visit), the sticker was removed and replaced with one that says 'thursday'.I mentioned this to a friend who works at this store, he said that it's a daily practice to change the labels of all the food items that are about to expire. I am not sure if the management is aware of this, if not, they really should look into it. The customers should not be served stale food.

Shop is clean, staff friendly enough, but orders inaccurate. I ordered the herb and garlic toastie (does not contain cheese), and got given the cheesy garlic. After sending it back, I got given a different toastie that also had cheese on it. Frustrating when it's the only place open on campus on Saturdays.

The opening time says 7 am on google maps but they actually serve around 8.30am should change that
