Highly recommend this service. After receiving quotes from a couple of other plumbers, Rustic Plumbing was definitely the most professional and efficient. We had tree roots blocking our pipes as well as a collapsed pipe which needed replacing, which resulted in water leaking into our house. It was a big job, but the team got to work the same day and the job was completed within two days. Instead of just lumping us with a massive bill at the end, the friendly team offered a variety of different solutions to fit our budget. We will definitely be using Rustic Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs going forward, now that we have discovered them!

Guys who did the work were friendly, but poor workmanship and left area of broken concrete unpatched from a pipe replacement installation. Very poor tiling job done when shower area were ripped open for waterproofing. Sent email feedback regarding issues faced.Check messages and noticed a voicemail left. Rung back and they were apologetic and discussed time and date for someone to come around to patch up concrete. Tiling job unchanged. Not experienced would not recommend their tiler.

This company is extremely overpriced, they quoted areas in the house that didn't need quoting on. After calling reception and making a booking, it was said on their website for a first time customer you get $50 off - the lady never mentioned anything to the plumber and refused to credit me. Overall it was overpriced for such a small simple job. Our laundry taps are still dripping. What exactly did you do Rustic Plumbing for $330?

What an absolute pleasure to have all my plumbing problems solved by such wonderful guys. VALUE FOR MONEYI recently called Rustic Plumbing as l had problems with my hot water service. The initial phone call was answered promptly and they attended my property on the same day.My electric hot water service was 15 years old and l was advised that replacing it would be more beneficial than servicing it in the long run.Rustic Plumbing provided me a free quote on the day they came out. I decided to get two other quotes to compare their price against other competitors, their price was not the cheapest but also not the dearest, it was sitting right in the middle.As they provided such great service first time around l opted to go with them. The installation was spot on , brand new pipes and brand new valvey things, topped off by friendly , professional service.Thank you again Rustic Plumbing , I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family.

This guy came to my place to fix a blocked toilet $650 (1.5 hrs works work) later he says it was all fixed. 2 weeks later, toilet blocked again, came back and said that this time he could see that was concrete in our pipes (we renovated our bathroom an yer ago) and that’s the reason for the blockage (not sure how he couldn’t see this at first place), surprisingly his answer was I don’t know how to fix it, THAT’S RIGHT! So I have to get another plumber, luckily a good one, who came in and fix it in an hour for $450! Just don’t bother to use their service, extremely overpriced for a plumber who doesn’t have much skills…

After knowing we had a gas leak we dreaded having to make the call for repairs. We found Rustic Plumbing through google and Damien quoted fairly, honestly and gave us the options. Along with Cory they were here on time, and did the job in good time as well as cleaned everything as if nothing happened except now we have compliant gas lines safe for our family with the bonus of lifetime warranty. What a fantastic company to deal withI rang and spoke to Linda and I asked for someone to visit my elderly mother and have a look at her blocked drains. Mark arrived at her house and quickly discovered her problem, He then explained to her what was wrong and then contacted me so that I also knew what was going on. He went back the next day and spent most of the day fixing it for her, he also checked all her taps in the house and fixed several of them at no extra charge, He took the time to explain everything and then reassure an elderly lady that he would ensure that it was all properly fixed and she wouldn't need to call them back out again. Mum was so happy with the way she had been spoken to and the timely manner everything had been fixed and said it was a pleasure to deal with this company and next time she had an issue could I please get them out again.
