I love the wholistic approach to health provided by the staff at Centre of Health. A warm and friendly environment with practitioners who are expert in their fields. Matt, Milos & Sarah have all helped me with various health & mobility issues…from illnesses to shoulder rehab post surgery, and now menopause support. Can highly recommend 5 stars!

Matt has provided me with Physio and acupuncture treatment for the last 12 months. Before I saw Matt I was basically an invalid and I could hardly walk. Now I am up and I am mobile and I have got my mojo back. Thanks Matt you have not only saved my hips which were failing and my back, which was in pain, but also my zest for life.

Matt Radford is not only an extremely knowledgeable and proficient practitioner, he is a good listener too. You never feel rushed during his treatments and he strives to get the best outcome for you, each and every time.I have been a patient of his for many years now, but only recently did a Wim Hof Workshop which he ran. I learnt the breathing technique, and had an ice bath, which was challenging but also gave me a real sense of achievement. Matt's class is informative, engaging and his enthusiasm for the Wim Hof Method is contagious!

Milos is the complete professional. He is a very skilled physiotherapist and acupuncturist, who has an easygoing and social personality. The 45 minute sessions with him go so quickly. We have a few laughs with him, and the main thing is, we always feel much better at the end of his session. Highly recommend Milos.

Sarah has been great and after my first appointment I noticed improvement and have been virtually free from issue within short timeframe. Friendly, professional practice that respects a persons budget. Would recommend Sarah and Centre of Health highly.

Moderately painful joints, bouts of fatigue and a deep reluctance to continue with orthodox medicine led me to consult the team at Centre for Health in Ivanhoe.The clinic is peaceful and calm, the environment welcoming.Following several visits which included physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture and herbal medicine, it is great to experience such a change in my outlook and my wellbeing.Dr. Radford is an experienced and compassionate practitioner. His careful analysis of symptoms and the attention paid to suggesting and trying different therapies is impressive. After six months I am feeling the best I have been for some years, considering the number of health issues needing attention.I consider I am in maintenance" mode now

I highly recommend Matt and Sarah as they have been looking after my neck and shoulders with acupuncture, massage and cupping and I have complete movement returned without any pain. The team are so supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I have been recommending these guys to anyone that listens as I am forever grateful and did I say free from pain!
