Excellent, Went in to purchase my Daughters first drum kit and Malcolm was very helpful, knowledgeable. He spent at least 1/2 an hour going through all the options with us and his passion for drumming was very evident. He is a credit to the company. Also the owner Gordon was very friendly and helpful.

Gary happily shared his expansive professional knowledge of drums and percussion to help me get what I needed at a competitive price. Groove warehouse is the place to be in Canberra for all the percussion instruments one would need. We bought an acousitc drum set for our 12 year old son, Malcolm was very patient and assisted us in choosing the right one. He also spent a good 40 minutes in setting it up upon delivery and explained the tuning and how it works on each one of those. We were very pleased and delighted for the end-to-end service that Groove Warehouse/Malcolm has provided us. Sure to keep visiting this place for all our future requirements.

We came to Canberra from Melbourne for a break during school holidays and were looking for a few things for our son who plays drums. After having a horrible experience at Better Music we found out about Groove Warehouse doing an online search. As soon as we stepped inside we were approched by Gary who assisted us and gave us invaluable advice. The next day we came again to pick up one more item and Malcom helped us and shared with us from his professional life and experience. We want to say a big thank you both for everything, it was great to meet such accomplished professionals who are so dedicated to music and drumming. What a great place! Malcolm and Gary were very helpful and friendly, with lots of useful advice and information. I'm a piano teacher, but I love to incorporate all sorts of cross-over activities in my teaching. I'm really looking forward to visiting again when I have more time to browse, as they have a wonderful range of percussion instruments and accessories.
