Ordered the wrong part three times. Car didn't even end up getting fixed in the end.

I called in today to look at a Ram2500. The salesman did not even bother to get out of his chair to talk to me. He sat in his chair the did not onto show me through the one that was sitting in the yard. Told me be at least a 9month wait. Didn't offer a test drive even after I told him I had been pre approved for finance. I drove 3hrs to try and talk a deal. Knowing that Lismore is in recovery mode from the floods. I was willing to help out buy purchasing a new car. But instead argued with me tried to tell me that I did not want a 2500.and continued arguing. I said forget it I will find another dealer. Extremely poor service do yourself a favour and go somewhere more friendly.

It is extraordinary that the Frizelle website has a section called OUR CUSTOMERS" that states feedback is invaluable

The worst customer experience I have ever had. My Jeep sat with them for 3+ weeks while they continued to tell me that they would work on it the next day. Eventually they told me that the car was too old, and that they did not want to work on it. Strongly recommend against taking your car here.
