Had the signature facial with Demi from Cornwall. It was soooo amazing and indulgent. This is my second visit with Demi. So worth it and very memorable.

I’ve been going to Spring Spa for a very long time. Charlotte and her team are professionals who take pride in their work. Every visit is a treat of relaxation. Highly recommended.

We were recommended this place to have our 10 year old daughter's ears pierced. The staff who attended to my daughter were absolutely lovely and very accurate with the piercing.

Lashes had fallen out less than a week after getting them which I was very disappointed with and had already written a review about it. When I called them they were somewhat apologetic but told me to take my review down and they could redo them for me. After getting them redone they had again all fallen out after days. I called them again asking if I could get a refund and was met with back push from the staff whom were very rude and had insisted that I had used oil based products on my face and they had instructed me to not use in which they had only instructed me to not get them wet for 48 hours. I had not used oil based products on my face nor gotten them wet and was met with even more excuses from an overall rude staff team. I was also told they had taken photos of my lashes as proof I was not asked for my consent for the photos which is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely disappointing
