Quick stop off on the rd and food was great 2nd time here and only issue was the toilet floor being a bit wet (you all no what I mean) looked fresh though so staff probably didn’t know before I told them.

Chicken was dry too much lettuce that tasted off and the sauce was plain. Servers looked and acted like they didn't care no smiles nothing pretty poor.

Seems to me Pre made food, chicken meat quality is very poor, very dry meat, u can easily guess these chickens are cooked long time ago… no taste at all….

What you see here is $28.00 paid for on the 06/09/2020 for absolute garbage. This is apparently a double Otropo meal with sides. the buger bun was crunchy, missing pineapple, was unable to see any cheese and the size of the chicken fillets were extremely small. It seemed to be missing a heck of alot of fries and the chicken strips were burnt. Follow up customer care from the manager was a complete shock as he was unable to understand my complaint. This Oporto location is an absolute joke, I'd avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered it through the menulog and the food arrived within 20 minutes which was great timing the chicken was tasteless and the fries were over salted and the chilli sauce was with full of oil in it the garlic sauce was good and the veggie burger was just smashed as they made it in a rush if you charge it give it the time to make the food nice and great so the customer can enjoy your food. If the food looks messy presentation nobody will like it. Better to chose hungry jacks rather then this.

Ugh..... ew just ew. Finger and hand marks on menu, counter and tables. I was there at 2pm (only 1 other customer), plenty of time for one of the 4 staff visible to quickly wipe down. The wrap was not much better. Haphazardly slapped together, really bad to eat. Just glad I took no sides. Does not happen a lot, but lift your game, Oporto.
