Neil teaches with joy for the practice, deep technical knowledge and a genuine care for his students. He is always warm, connected and present to lead you through the class. Neil's classes really feel like a community experience, everyone is warm and friendly, which really adds to the welcoming vibe.​Neil's depth of anatomical and physiological understanding always impresses and means he can easily offer adaptations to students with injuries or limitations. He is all-seeing in class, able to remind you to take the practice at your own pace, whether you need a nudge or reining in!

Neil has such a great following. He creates a great flow to all the movements and really watches out for everyone to make sure they are doing the postures correctly and what is the right level for them. I like the variety and Neil's playfulness and gave been going 3xpw for last 3 years
