Uncle Ten's Kitchen has the best Vietnamese food this side of the city hands down.Good food, good price, good people.... eat in or eat out, you just can't go wrong.Did I mention they have bubble tea.

Cute little vietnamese restaurant. We had the chicken pad thai, vegetarian fried rice and the vegetarian spring rolls. The food was hot and fresh. The staff are friendly. We will go back again

Forget going to Springvale ;) This amazing really friendly family run business that serves well priced fresh food and drinks! Auntie is also famous for her delicious Banh Mi (baguette rolls)! They have fitted out the space with comfortable chairs with table service or you can take away. You can also order online with Uber and Menulog etc..My favorite dishes are the Beef Pho home cooked style with no MSG! and lastly the Satay Chicken skewers are a winner..

food is fresh and high quality!! amazing, delicious, wide range of food for a decent price. 10/10 will go back again and again. friendly staff and authentic vietnamese food! I love this place, it is truly a hidden gem.

Just ordered for dinner and it was as delicious ! Had the pork spring rolls, tasted very authentic and they were a generous size for 6. Delish! Then ordered a roast pork banh mi and yum. I’m very particular when it comes to banh mi and this one had a crunchy rolls and again a generous serving of meat and salad AND FRESH CHILLI! Some places make it with chilli sauce and it doesn’t cut it. We’re Mulgrave locals and this is the First time ordering for a Friday night takeaway night and will def order again :)

I hope it hasn’t changed ownership, different people serving, I always got Pad Thai, and it was delicious, called in last night, when I got home it was just a lot of noodles and a bit of chicken and so much dark soy sauce, it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed…

Lovely service from the workers at Uncle Ten. I asked for a large iced coffee and the employee upgraded me to an extra large free of charge. Banh mi was scrumptious as well!
