I had had 2 other local locksmiths tell me they couldn’t duplicate my car key.I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care in customer care at Mosman locksmiths at Brookvale. The staff were polite, respectful, diligent and took time finding a solution. They checked and double checked the keys worked. They did not charge me extra for all the extra effort. Incredibly reasonably priced and professional follow through.I will not be going anywhere else for any lock or key issues.I cannot recommend these locksmiths enough.If there were more stars I would have given more than 5.

Called Mosman Locksmiths to urgently disarm and disconnect our old redundant security alarm because of impending Ausgrid maintenance power outage. Chris came within 90 minutes of my call and all done in under half an hour. Brilliant - thanks Chris!

The service from Mosman Locksmiths was excellent. They came the day after my initial call fitting locks on 7 doors and 8 windows. They returned on a second day with a part that I did not have on day one to allow them to complete the job. Peter provided a great service throughout installing all the items in much less time than I had expected.

If you need a locksmith in an emergency, call Mosman Locksmiths. Daniel took my call. He was professional, organised and understood our emergency safe problem. He organised 2 locksmiths, Peter and Seth to come around the next day and the safe was fixed in no time. Really great service!In our safe, we had our passports and travel cash for a trip to South America and Antartica (booked in 2019 pre-Covid). Needless to say, we were a little stressed with only 12 days before our departure. Of the 3 locksmiths that I called, Mosman Locksmiths was not only outstanding but they easily sorted out our safe problem. The other 2 didn't follow me up. I can highly recommend the people at Mosman Locksmiths and will use them again if we have any problems.
