I have used Sydney Appliance Service multiple times now. On the past two occasions Frank has been my repair man.Frank is very professional and explained everything he was doing before proceeding. He even called me when I was trying to troubleshoot a recent related issue. Definitely use again

Frank was exceptional when he communicated with me prior to coming. He was on time and the job was completed very quickly. He and his co-worker RJ were very polite and professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Wow, what awesome service. Had a booking for next week & they told me if they got a cancellation they would fit me in & they did. Frank was on time, efficient, talked me though the issue & how he would fix, showed me photos of before & after. Then he told me all the things I should be doing in regards to care & maintenance of the washer/dryer. So happy & highly recommended.

The response time to my initial enquire was the same day. Frank the service technician who attended identified the problem immediately - he explained the issue to me, he then ordered the part and returned the following week and repaired the problem. He was friendly reliable and knowledgeable - the company also kept in contact with me on progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending Frank and the company’s services.

The technician that came was very professional and honest. He gave us hints on how to look after our washing machine. Ending up buying a new machine through them and got a better deal than the shops.

My experience with this company was positive from the time they called me following my call to Samsung to report a fault. They followed up with a call the same day. They responded to my issue and locked in the booking of the repair very promptly. Maria was very courteous and also followed through on a quote I had requested for another repair issue I had. Upon arrival (Frank) called me and arrived on time and was very courteous and understood the issue with my Samsung fridge. Frank very promptly explained what was required and conducted the repair efficiently and was extremely professional. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again and Frank for repair of my white goods.
