I only live 5 minutes up the road from Coles Express. I know I love stopping by to either fill up or buy a few essentials on my way home, but the place would be a lot better if it was more than just a petrol station. I'd noticed one time when another person asked the attendant if there were any toilets around, but he told them that there wasn't because it was being replaced. I also noticed that the building was so cramped on the inside there was minimal space to move around. In order to make things better, there needs to be some changes made to the way people fill up, including a Car Wash, a Diner and most importantly, a washroom if that's ever possible.

Whilst there are more convenient shell stations I could be travelling to every morning to fill up the work car I come to this one for two reasons:1) The exceptional customer service from the ladies who work in the mornings which is not even close to being matched by the staff at the nearest 2 shell stations. Keep up the great work girls!And2) The clean window washing liquid. This may seem ridiculous but half the service stations window washing liquid will make your window dirtier than when you first pulled in and this is never the case here!

Stop in here all the time. It's always late after work, normally tired and cranky but soon as I walk in and see Paula at the counter it perks me up. Awesome service, always happy and friendly. Good Aussie service thanks

Great staff but absolute rip off fuel price. After 22 years will not waste my money any more when it can be up to 20cents a litre cheaper down the road.

Spent over $20 on cigarettes, asked for a toilet and was told no they didn't have one. Further inspection found a perfectly serviceable toilet at rear of facilities. Was in same position with this service station a few times over the past 10 years and had same answer each time. Eager to take the money But very hesitant to provide any actual service. Useless

Good service always a pump to get to good parking to eat after u have filled up one spot that has shade for motorbikes to cool down on a hot day and rest for a bit and there r toilets

Busy little station:Was hard to get to coming off the M1 but that’s probably just because we’re not from around here.Staff were friendly and not stuck up.
