We love Ingrid. So talented at what she does and has helped us immensely with her coaching techniques. She is very professional, dedicated and goes above and beyond for her clients. Her patience and gentle nature is second to none. We were certainly comfortable with her just from the first session. Would highly recommend her and already have to so many. Ingrid is fun, energetic and genuine. I love going to the circles and playing the games, especially the card readings and bling game. This has made me delve in deeply and reflect on my past relationships and what I want for my future partner. Ingrid, you have changed my life for the better.

I have been a client of Ingrid's for some time and recently asked her to host her Wellness at Work Workshop at my office . I wasn't sure what to expect or how my staff would react but was delighted with the outcome . Ingrid was simply awesome and engaging . She challenged each of us to share our goals and stress indicators plus some fun games along the way .Ingrid definitely lifted the spirits of my staff and i am truly grateful for her services.If you are a business owner i would highly recommend that you ask Ingrid to host one of these workshops....you won't regret it, i promise

We initially met Ingrid at our office for a corporate massage & she was fantastic. We then did a wellness coaching session, Ingrid showed the staff tactics to help with stress relief, what a great experience. Ingrid is gentle & kind & makes you feel comfortable & very relaxed.

I've been a massage client of Ingrid's for 2 years and I hope I can be her client for many years more! She'll make you feel good as new, and her presence is so calming it's just a wonderful experience from the moment you meet her. I would never get a massage from anyone else (I did once, and it was disappointing since I was so used to Ingrid's magic hands).

She is understanding, compassionate and have extensive knowledge in relationship coaching, she offers practical advise to help her clients heal and grow. Connection circles are amazing.
