Awful ! Ruined my brand new dress was full of pulls and stained for my engagement party. Were extremely rude and said there was nothing wrong with it. Do not go here !!

Leg length felt a little uneven and felt rushed when getting my suit tailored (as there was a massive line) and wanted more time spent to get the desired look and fit for the suit. The change rooms are so small that it is difficult to get changed in there and I wasn't offered the 'tailored experience' that people want before a special event. The price paid upfront for what was done was very expensive and they add GST on top of the total (which is a fair bit when you get a lot tailored). However the man there was friendly and delivered his service in an agreed upon timeframe. I would rate 3.5 stars if I could (honest opinion based off of my individual preferences) however if you need a quick drop off and go tailor to get something simple done then these people will get the job done. I prefer premium tailors that specialize in mens suits.

My wife took my leather jacket with broken zip to West Lakes. $200 to replace the zip.She took it around to Jeans Express who had a good look at it. “The zip is ok. I believe it’s the slider. Come back in 1/2 hour. If it’s just the slider it will be $40.” She went back and it was fixed and tested several times. $160 or a new jacket saved.

My wife took in a dress to be repaired ( manufacturers fault) paid for repairs waited 2 days, picked it up to find absolutely nothing done to remedy the issue. Very disappointed this would not have happened with the previous owners. Did not even offer to show the work carried out as there was none. Sorry one star was the lowest rating I could give..... .

I required urgent alterations to my chinos (leg length), a jumper (hole to be stitched) and two sports coats (arm lengths). The gentleman who served me managed to get all this work performed on the same day and was a pleasure to deal with. He measured me up on-site and made very clear recommendations. I highly recommend this business for clothing alterations. The work performed was to a very high standard. I will continue to use this business as the need arises.

I have absolutely no idea how any one that said this is great value came to that conclusion. I used the service because I needed my pants hemmed and made a bit tighter around my leg. A service I have had done at 3 other alteration places. At most I have only ever paid $40 for this same work. Looksmart charged me $98 and it is the worst quality I have ever seen in alterations. Please do not use them.

Took my jacket in just for a re stich of the lining under both arms, simple job. They wanted it for . . a whole week!?When I came back it was on the rack ready for collection but only one side was done !?? - lucky I checked. Asked me to wait. 10 mins later the other side was done. Took 10 minutes. Job was $70 !! and took a week.I don't believe they are trained tailors, as lining still hanging out a bit down at the cuffs.Amateurs & too expensive. Wouldn't recommend. Best to use proper tailor.

My Dad has had his Trousers altered & recently my Daughter had her dress altered to attend her Best Friend's Wedding. All were done with great precision and professionalism.

Rude customer service. Was told my pants would be finished and ready to pick up next day by 2pm, got there and was told they have not even started them and they would not be ready for another 4 days. No apologies, nothing. Overpriced, and terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money!
