I'm thoroughly impressed with the friendly staff but most of all on the service that was done on my 12 year old pull along Dyson vacuum cleaner that was barely working. It came back in immaculate condition and works as if new. It was hard to pull along but now it glides beautifully. An excellent job for such a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. I'm a very happy customer.

Took a faulty Robotic Vacuum cleaner to be repaired at Godfreys in Midland. The problem was a dirty filter. The gentlemen was friendly and helpful and did not charge me. Exceptional customer service

Purchased an item and having only used it twice for the pet hair removal tool, the rubber teeth started to break off. I went to the store for a replacement, not even a refund, and was told that I had to get in touch with the company directly to get either a repair, replacement or a refund. Despite pointing out my basic consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the owner point blank refused and said in that case I need to take it to court. I explained that the consumer law wasn’t put in place for such a thing, and that because I purchased it from him, his obligation under the Australian Consumer Law was to repair, replace or refund. Again, he point blank refused saying that’s not how the ACCC works. Despite reading to him his obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, he refused to do anything and told me to get in touch with the company directly. Will not but anything from this store again. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Great service from Ross & Andreza. Had a blockage in our steam mop and Ross sorted it out and didn't charge us for his time. Great knowledge on all the products they sell. Will always buy from them. Thanks for your helpDarren & Seiko

My click and collect purchase was ready very promptly and in store I was served by the owners who were really friendly and helpful. Had a lovely little chat with the lady while she carried my new vaccuum to my car for me. Great customer service. I will definitely shop with them again in future for anything vaccuum related.

I have again received excellent customer service today from Godfreys Midland. Purchased a vac more than 5yrs a go and have had minor issue in subsequent years plus bought another upright rechargeable vac and have always received excellent customer service regardless of whether buying or having a service or repair issue. The man even checks when I come in for anything and reminds me to take advantage of my yearly free service (which I would forget otherwise!)

We needed a new vacuum cleaner to deal with the pet hair.From the time we walked into the store we were taken care of.The owner of the business was extremely knowledgeable about the products and spent a great deal of time explaining and displaying the difference of the vacuum cleaners to us.We walked away with a new vacuum cleaner which I put to work as soon as we got home and was very very happy with the results.We highly recommend a visit if your looking for a new vacuum cleaner.Thank you for making our purchase an easy one.

The store owners arw friendly here but thats the only nice thing i have to say! I have spent literraly thousands this store and haven't had an issue until i started having issues with my machines i purchased. If you want and repairs done under warrantee dont expect it to be done in a timely manner! And they will never give you a refund! I brought my carpet cleaning machine in to be fixed (was not pumping out water), it sat in their store for 7 weeks until it was picked up to get repaired! I had to put in complaints to get any action! I then requested my money back as i had waited to long for the machine to leave the store and have no time frame on when i will get it back and they refuse to give me my money back! Its like a wild goose chase dealing with godfreys! They do anything to avoid giving you a refund and you have to bend backwards to get a repair done! I am still without a machine and refusal to return my money and may i add this was a $900 machine which was only purchased in November 2021. I also have 2 vaccums i purchased with them in november and January and they have had issues as well! One of them the motor stopped working on and has happened twice and weve only owned it since January! The worker at the store even told me godfreys as a company have been doing bad repairs and machines have been returning without being fixed properly and they also informed me that godfreys never returns people money! Thats not customer service and is disgraceful and disgusting! Don't waste a single cent with this company as you will not get it back and will not get a decent repair job in a timely manner and will not get a refund if you request one!If you want this review removed then give me my money back for my machine that you have not fixed and returned to me! As i stated i will only be happy with a full refund of my money or replacement of my machine! As i am sick of waiting and the wild goose chance you've sent me on and im still without my carpet cleaning machine, which im in desperate need of!
