What a mess. Young car park attendant the most condescending behavior, rude personal comments. Really? Jus asked a question. Perhaps you should not be working in front of the public if you can’t be civil.

Confusing and unsafe. The signage seemed deliberately misleading. No pedestrian exit and lift requires access card. Avoid if you have a disability.Couldn’t exit without calling the help desk.

Was there for less than an hour and had to pay $47 the spots were small and the attendant told us where to park but when we got there it said reserved. Cars don’t fit in the spots which made it dangerous and confusing to drive around, the walk ways were small and abruptly ended which almost got us hit my a car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wish I had read the reviews here before booking! Nearly all car spaces are tandem parks, meaning you are expected to hand over your car keys after parking. Apparently it's in the fine print which as others have said, the attendant seems to relish in pointing out.

Booked parking here for dinner at eagle street tonight. Practically all parking spots available are “Reserved” and we had to park all the way down to the farthest levels to find a spot. To make things worse, public access to the lifts was not allowed, and we had to use the stairs to get all the way back up to the lobby. Not to mention walking all the way down via the fire stairwell after dinner. Would not park here again. Would not recommend the public booking parking here either

Terrible car park. Only giving 1 star due to price. No signage and a very confusing carpark. All carparks are pretty much reserved and tiny. After finding our way to the bottom levels and parking, we discovered the lifts only operate with a swipe card. Having mobility issues, stairs were not an option. We had to go all the way back up the top and run the risk of parking in a reserve bay and walking up the exit ramp to get out. Not to mention when we called Wilson's helpline, it told us to call back during business hours...........

Atrocious. All the unreserved parks are on the lower levels and no warning that lifts can't be used so had to carry a stroller up 3 levels of stairs just to get back to the street. Not safe having to enter the car park on foot via the ramp to get back to your car either. Again none of this is advised prior to or after making the booking

This place is actually so bad. There's no safe passage for pedestrians, the lift requires a swipe card, so if you have a disability I guess you're outta luck. The only positive is that it's central and has cheap weekend parking if you book online.
