Very frustrated with the service provided by staff on phone !!! They had put me on hold for 15-20 minutes and even though after that they didn’t talked to me to sort out my query !!! I also tried multiple number of times to ring them after that but no one answered the call. Just disgusting!!!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had to come back twice due to my indecisive gf unable to make a choice. 7 Nov 2022 was the day the store had a nice discount of 50% for 1, 60% for 2 items or more storewide. The service from the staff were patient and impeccable as I continued to video call my gf for a good 30min whilst they standby, ready to interject their service for my purchase evntually. The staff were knowledge about the TRA refund for tourists. Will come back to buy the whole store.
