A lovely sculpture that offers a great view of the bay...as long as kids aren't climbing all over the plinth. Some great history all along the waterfront path. Best time for a photo is from midday onwards.

Makybe Diva Statue
Both kids are horse mad so seeing this statue on the waterfront made them incredibly excited. We had to do the obligatory stop for photos. It was hard to pull them away. It was also hard to stop them climbing onto the horse! Don't worry, they didn't do it... but they weren't happy that they couldn't. A beautiful spot for a beautiful statue of a beautiful horse.

Very very surprised to find a Makybe Diva statue in town. Had no idea of the connections, since being from Melbourne. Still after visiting the statue, I still was lost. Then to find out the owner was from Port Lincoln. Maybe some information here would be best appropriate.
