MSR Collision Centre - Mansfield

My Hyundai I 30 was damaged no fault of my own. MSR were asked by insurer to repair and they did a magnificent job. They kept me up to date and their service was excellent. l would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done MSR

Very slow and repeated delays with repair collection date despite job being logged a few months before and they had ample time to source for parts. A famous insurer continue to use them despite multiple complaints as evidenced here, poor form on their part on unsuspecting new customers!

Pickup time I asked Sam it’s not fix & missing parts said ok I go to workshop & fix it but he didn’t go & parked car in the front then said I didn’t know till now missing parts it meant to come on Monday then why did you said come & pickup your car.They are the expert so they should know their job & if Customers can find out they didn’t fix it then you know they missing out on quality & what they not fixingPls take as much as photos of your car on same day of inspection as they will not accept there mistake or not even apologise from staff

Found Another faulty work. Still have they haven’t contact about review or any apology from them. Still waiting to receive call from themTo fix rest of rear bumper screws.

Great if you want a quick repair for your camry/corolla and don't care about the quality. Avoid like the plague if you have a nicer car. I was explicitly promised genuine parts would be used in the repair, car was returned quite quickly which was impressive however the standard of the job was subpar. Clear and obvious that non-genuine parts used, reused damaged parts, panels not refitted properly, wires not returned to original position and taped in place and a mess left in the interior. When questioned they blamed the assessor for their corner cutting and to chase it up with RACQ. Formal complain filed with RACQ and they informed me the assessor" is actually their internal parts supplier nothing to do with the insurer. RACQ were very helpful in forcing them to rectify their mistakes. Returned for the final repair a month later and the corrections were made

Took 2 months to partially complete repairs (quoted 2 weeks), lost parts that were to be returned to me, and continuously lied about the progress of repairs and reasons for the delays. I will never use this company again and warn all other potential customers to avoid at all costs.

Worst service I have ever seen from a company, bar none. MSR Collision have had my car to repair for 14 months. Advised me it was ready to go 4 months ago and I returned it the next day with a list of 16 defects, including no air bags, faulty electrical, no aircon and the wrong tyres. They advised they weren't going to do anything about it and told me to come and pick up the car. Cameron is probably the most arrogant person I've ever spoken to.

I had to get my car fixed a few weeks back through RACQ. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but I'm glad I got it fixed here. The front bumper needed fixing which they took about a week to repair. They did keep me updated on the progress for the most part and I was able to buy a new front grill for my Suzuki as mine had fallen out previously.Only thing is be careful when parking as one of the signs in car park (see attached photo) blew my mum's tire when she parked.All in all it is a good place to get a car fixed.

Near enough seems to be good enough for this company.Communication skills were appalling ... had to chase them up all the time to check on progress.Had a small private job done while my car was in for an insurance claim, and when I got the car back ... they had lost a disc of the back bumper and had to order another one which they said would be a few days ... once again, I had to contact them to find out what was going on to he told they could not get it for another couple of weeks due to the Christmas break.I contacted them in early January and organised to collect the car 5 days later.On closer inspection at home realised the disc was only roughly painted with no gloss top coat and was the WRONG colour Madza Red.Once again I had to take the car back and they said it would be ready the next day ... all they had done was put the gloss coat over the incorrect colour.When I said this was unacceptable the gentleman said if I wanted it to be done in the correct shade they would need the car for at least 2 days and when I said that would be very inconvenient as I am an Uber Driver and was not prepared to lose further income for their INCOMPETENCE.
