I don’t usually go out of my way to post reviews, but this hotel went above my expectations. Hotel and restaurant services were immaculate, offered early check in and late check out, room was nice with a view of the Sydney harbour bridge and the opera house. Breakfast was great, simple food done perfect. Catered for my nut allergy no problems, good coffee. wait staff great again. Please don’t ever change the menu and complicate things- you do good quality food well. Cater for everyone. Oh and the hotel was central location. Overall just loved the experience, thanks for having us.

I loved the location!!! I couldn't ask for better in terms of convenience and exciting experience if you're looking for fun vibes. Just walking outside made me feel the Sydney energy. Very lovely staff. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and fast room service. Lobby is very calm. I wish I could've stayed longer. I will come back again.

The room was alright. Unfortunately, the window on the first floor can barely capture the view of the opera house and the bridge.There are no laundry machines in the room, hence the -1 star, there is a hotel laundry service but it is too expensive. There is a self-serve laundromat 2 min walk across the road though.The location is really great though just beside king cross station and restaurants are within a stretch.The hotel has its own amazing cafe too and gym.

I cannot say enough kind things about the overwhelmingly supportive and helpful staff. Whether it's arranging taxis or lending an umbrella, the staff are some of the most approachable, kind, and excellent individuals I have ever interacted with.The location is excellent, with dozens of food options within a five minute's walk and the train station within stumbling distance.Rooms are clean and well kept, though a little dated in several features, which was surprising given how lovely the lobby is and how popular the hotel seems to be.Anyone visiting Sydney that wants a taste of the real city should look no further than this hotel. Your experience will be excellent across every axis.

Holiday Inn Sydney - Potts Point, an IHG Hotel
I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are fairly standard and need updating, but it's well priced in comparison to a lot of other hotels in Sydney that are not as nice. I've lost elite status at IHG but was still treated really well and received an early check-in and late check out. It's rare for hotels to treat non-elite members with respect so it was much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Fabulous hotel, been here many many times. Always made to feel very welcome. Kudos to Aimee and Steven for their wonderful service always. The restaurant has a great breakfast, in fact all meals. Very handy to the train station.
