Will never ever return here, they make a diagnosis on my car and they wouldn't tell me what was actually wrong with my car, they told me to take it to a mechanic to work it out, decided to go to another Authorised inspection place and they passed me with no problems, this place will make you bring you car back and make you pay another re-inspection fee. Avoid

Overcharged for the UberX car. I returned the car on time but was still charged $43 extra. Also car was mechanical not good, squeaky brakes and issues with the GPS they installed and nobody answers the after hours phone no. Poor service!

Poor customer service. Telling me off like for being late to pick up the car. I picked the car up within an hr of them calling.Rude and unprofessional.Won't be back

Crooks! DO NOT GO HERE. The owner (and the staff as well) are rude and unprofessional. Within the first 2 minutes of arriving, a big man came yelling from the back yelling at me because I parked in the wrong spot. No greeting just yelling. They charged me for an inspection in advance and told me to just call to reschedule when I made the repairs needed to pass.I called a week or so later to ask where to get a specific repair done because I’m new to the country and don’t know. He immediately got frustrated with me and said that the repair has to get done and there’s no arguing. I tried to explain that I understand it has to get done and I’m just asking WHERE to get it done. He cut me off and yelled that if I had a problem to go to the DoT and hung up on me.I tried to call when I was ready and they said that I didn’t call early enough and now they’re not giving my money back or the inspection. When I asked further questions the owner yelled at me and hung up.This place is incredibly unprofessional and not a friendly place. Avoid at all costs.

I Had vehicle booked in for a D.O.T. pits inspection . They were punctual. They took the time and effort to identify my vehicle and inspect it for any defects. As my vehicle had only done 50,000 km it passed with out any problems. Thanks to Drive Ready Inspections for a hassle free experience. Would highly recommend.

Shocking service. Do not recommend. Nit picked small things then after passing reinspection did not want to provide an electronic copy of paperwork. Very rude about it, lazy etc. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give ZERO starts, I would have!They were asking me at least 4K to pass me for the inspection. They were giving me so many problems that I knew that something was not right!Then I took the car to other places to get a second opinion, and you know what?! It was less than 1k to fix and get approved!I don’t know how this place is allowed to do this service bc they are extorting people in their face!It is disgusting.

Heelo all drivers never go this place every time 100% fails they need money only without any information they give to customers fail certificate....

They are not a mechanic, they are scammers, just there to rip off, i went there for vehicle inspection, they failed my inspection and write that my park lights are not working, my all the lights were working 100%Very disappointingTotal waste of time and money
