Great customer service in this store. The staff were really helpful finding the right sizes and offering other options. Purchased what I needed. The prices are very reasonable and they have a large variety of stock. Very convenient location in Park Beach plaza.

Staff were excellent. Nicole had kept the items that the lady in the Tamworth store organised. Nicole was able to source another pair of bras that I wanted and they were instore the next day. Have since been over to the store and picked them up. Thank you Nicole.

Came into the store on Sunday and tried on 3 bras. The styles didn’t quite sit right. The two girls on were laughing and chatting out the front and didn’t ask if I needed assistance. When I came out to give them the bras one of the girls asked how I went and I began to explain that these ones didn’t seem to fit me right and the girl took the bras from me before I could finish and said nothing, completely ignored me. I was really excited to buy a nice bra that fit me but I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I left after that interaction. I work in retail and that isn’t okay to treat customers like that. Never had such a horrible interaction with a sales assistant.

Went into to Taree store as had a underwire pop out of a bra I bought a few months ago (totally random fault as I have this style bra I bought years ago & still going like a champion) the sales girl was so lovely & helpful. I am a curvy woman & I often feel uneasy going into clothing stores but I walked out feeling great. Also to mention LOVE the real women BnT are utilizing to model the garments online! Thank you Bras N Things! You could teacher Lorna Jane Activewear a thing or two about customer service.
