Strait Off The Boat
The fish and chips and good flavor and was fresh - the piece was small so they gave extra. A little greasy. Reasonably priced and a good selection on the menu.Quick turn around, 10minutes. Very busy of a Friday night around 6pm.

Very disappointed almost inedible fed most of it to seagulls even the chips were rubbish - batter inches thick tough calamari and fish bites were like leather — going by the website really looking forward to some good quality Tassie seafood - this was rubbishThe young guys serving were lovely though. Really pleasant

Best fish and chips in Tassie. We ordered 2 fisherman boxes, summer burger and gummy&veg. Fresh fish, delicious, can’t complain anything. They sell fresh fish and frozen.

I don't remember the last time I had such good fish and chips. The fish was tender, fresh and legitimately sweet, the batter was light and crunchy. Yum! The whole family were impressed and raving. Definitely coming back.

Strait Off The Boat
We were served by some very friendly young people who not only recommended what we should have but also where see should eat it to take in the sights of Devonport! We tried gummy shark and scallops, and it was very tasty. Great little fish and chip shop.

Just in Devonport for the night.Wanted fish and chips.Checked out the reviews.Shop front looks basic but the gummy flake and chips was fantastic.Melt in your mouth.Great feed.

Great fish and chips for a great price! With an amazing story and amazing service, Strait Off the Boat is the place you gotta go for a great Devonport experience. 5/5, will be back next time I'm in Tassie!
