Was told to look no further than Pear. I was sceptical at first as my past dealings with telco's has been painful and draining. But thankfully this time was different and from the first call to now I always get greeted by friendly staff willing to help not just pushing to close a sale. I Called to switch my service and got the service active well within 1 business day on top of that Rob helped me with un related Telco issues which was a life saver. Great work by Rob and the team.

Excellent Customer Service.Pear has been my Communication Provider for the past 2 yrs. I recently relocated. Rob from Pear made the transition so easy & simple. Rob has A+++++ Customer Service Skills. I also love that they are a 100% Australian Provider that don't have an overseas call centre.
