After renting privately from a friend for the past few years, my family had some troubles finding a new place to rent due to a lack of a tenant ledger since our landlord didn't keep one. The agent in charge of overseeing a place that we had our eye on was polite and helpful and was able to give us alternative documents in place of a tenant ledger. We then got our rental application approved and everything after that was smooth sailing. Will definitely look to Minto360Property again in the future.

Selling our apartment within 6 days of advertising on the market- What else matters!?Actually, as well informed and high maintenance clients, we took our time to select an agent that had the same attention to detail as we did, the same passion for our humble apartment and its locality, the appreciation of the Prize not the Price approach to selling and someone we felt had our interests wholly at heart. A hard ask when agents have two clients to satisfy - buyer and vendor.Our engagement with Kiki and Mint360 was rather atypical in the fact we had already commenced working with tradespeople, a conveyancer, photographer and stylist, therefore the usual Team Kiki 'above and beyond' logistical services were not required nor utilised.In fact we had met with 4 agents including Kiki, and despite her passion, energy, charisma and deep knowledge of her chosen market, we decided not to engage with Kiki or any of the other agents, as we intended to sell our apartment directly as the Vendor. However as the days moved on, the uncertainty and impact of Covid-19 on viewings and the limited pool of buyers in the market increased the fragility of the situation, which drove us to engage a strong, speedy negotiator for our camp- Kiki.Kiki's communication style and ability to clearly articulate the process including managing high expectations, are probably the stand outs in our experience, hence why we came full circle with Kiki and asked her to be our selling agent. What a great move that was for us!Combining the great support staff in 'Team Kiki' with her knowledge of the market, Kiki's ability to build interpersonal trust quickly, and her passion and tenacity to get the best result are the reasons why people engage her services and continue to refer her also.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Maria at Mint 360. However, Rachel Asker is a bully. She pushed and pressured us as tenants and she will not hesitate to become aggressive. Our exit report was truly a stretch. She claimed the sink was too soapy, there was a white dot on the carpet the cleaner had left (soap) and she wanted funds for repair of a chip in the paint. In every email she stated was “on holiday” and she wasn’t being paid. We explained that this is not the tenant’s issue. Unfortunately, just had to move out over Christmas/new year. It is really a shame because overall Mint 360 is great however, Rachel soils the experience.

Sera was my property manager throughout my tenancy and she was friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, everything went well during my rental period and I had a very smooth experience with Mint360Property.

Stayed in 112 Alfred Street, San Souci. The property was amazing and we were happy to move in. However, I had asked that the bathroom lights be fixed before we moved in. They were not fixed and I had to constantly follow up with the property manager. They would constantly say that they were receiving quotes... but months had gone by and nothing was done. The property manager seemed to only read parts of my email and ignored others. The electrician that had finally come wasn't aware of the broken fan (I had emailed the property manager prior) and the other bathroom but fortunately had the stock to fix it.The property manager accused us of damage to the walls of the second bedroom of the property that was already there before we moved in.The agency does not have a drop box for the property keys which was frustrating come move out day and I was charged for providing the keys back late. They already had one set of keys and the agency is closed on Sundays. I was left trying to squeeze the keys under a door on a main road... I work a 9-5 but this agency doesn't seem to care.Will never do any business with this agency in the future.
