I have a had a gut full of one employee constantly targeting myself and my daughter I have made 3 commitments to manager and still nothing this employee has made my daughter open a purse not a bag an purse tryed to say my daughter put stuff in there employee was working self serve my daughter went though a register and she still pulled my daughter aside and asked her for the receipt I have Dam right had enough of this employee we have always payed for our stuff if couldn’t afford stuff we put it back she has also put her hands inside my hand bag to find nothing of course even when asked to see bags I show I have nothing to hide but to physically put her hands in my handbag is now beyond a bloody joke

Staff are pretty good, but products are dodgy, check expiry, milk was chunky although not out of date, it kinda needs a make over, dirty feeling and it stinks. Otherwise I’ll just keep driving and go to coles near my house.

Added some photos from this morning, the 4/11/21.. looks like Woolworths dont care about reviews after all! A bunch of lethargic staff who have no idea how to operate a store. Might as well change opening hours to 10am instead of 7....you guys clearly aren't ready for business...9/8/21 Please hire more staff if needed..you guys can afford it.The shelves are always empty in the mornings and there's barely anything to buy for a school lunch.Opening time is 7am...to me, that means shelves stocked and the store is actually ready for business!Instead it's 8:00am and the staff are just starting to fill the shelves.If you want the locals to spend money here, then get it together Woolworths, or business is surely going to Coles - Redbank!

I used to shop here regularly until they recently replaced the deli with a fridge. I don't want to buy smallgoods that woolies decided I should buy in packages the size they decided I should want and packed up who knows how many days ago. Now if I need something small like a bottle of milk I'll still get it here because it's convenient, but my large grocery trips happen elsewhere. They used to have a real butcher then they replaced it for a fridge. They used to have real checkout operators and then they replaced them with computers. They used to have a real deli then they replaced it with a fridge. What's next, are they going to make us go looking for our own shopping trolleys in the car park to save even more wages and inflate their profits even more at the cost of customer service? I'll go spend my money in a shop that still offers real service thanks.

Fix your trolley wheels. Terrible, felt like I was pushing a tonne of groceries with the wheels that were in need of repair. I even trialed many trollies before getting one that was semi good. Most trollies seemed old. You wouldn't see this in the larger shopping centres.
