Excellent Bathroom renovation, professional and reliable. Everything was completed to a high standard. Any minor issues were resolved, they came back straight away to fix, even a year later. This company takes pride in doing a good and thorough job. I liked how professional they were, everything was on time and communication was excellent, I renovated 2 bathrooms. Very happy.

We have just had our main bathroom completely renovated by Dave and his team. The result is beautiful and such high quality workmanship. Dave and his team arrived punctually every day and thoroughly cleaned before they left. His team of tradesman were all equally professional and answered any questions we had. Dave goes out of the way to make the entire process stress free including finishing our job on a Sunday before restrictions kicked in! We initially approached Dave 2 years ago after a recommendation from a work colleague and had our ensuite renovated as well to an equally high standard. I am continuing to recommend Dave and his team at Dylem Construction to anyone who needs it!

We are delighted with our bathrooms. David and Leanne have a great team from the carpenters, tiler, plumber, electricians, plasterer and painters. Everything is thought of. Leanne and David will even help you select your tiles and bathroom fixtures. The tiling and finish is immaculate. David and his team completely renovated our bathroom and turned our laundry into a bathroom/laundry. Nothing was a problem to them. They took care with looking after the dust and rubble, cleaned up everyday and turned up on time. David was in constant tough about what was happening. We are very happy with the results. We are so so happy with our new bathroom, Dave made the process so easy. The finishing and quality is exceptional, his attention to detail is amazing. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole process and the whole team were just great, they arrived on time every day and cleaned up fabulously, we cannot recommend them enough.

Dylem turned our 3 way bathroom into a beautiful spacious open bathroom. David and his team were extremely thorough in their approach and workmanship. His tiler is a genius!
