I’ve always wanted to visit Jocelyn Petroni & today finally, I did. Words can not describe the feeling of pure relaxation & calm I felt when I left. My skin feels like silk. Hydrated, clean & glowing. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and nurtured. The littlest details- the tea & glass of water, the hushed voices and soft footsteps. Heaven. Tori explained my treatment step by step and then I fell into the luxuriously heated bed and blissed out while her hands worked their magic. The heart chakra massage was exactly what I needed after the terrible stress I’ve endured for the last 3 months. This is not just a skin treatment- it’s an experience. My new pleasure! I can’t wait to return x

Jocelyn Petroni is the most elegant salon I’ve ever stepped foot in. The treatment rooms are large and luxurious with gorgeous furniture and styling. I’ve experienced both facials and manicures here and I’ve been nothing less than impressed. Their service and professionalism is second to none! I walk out feeling pampered and peaceful every time.

I’ve been visiting Jocelyn Petroni for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t change it for anything else! I just love everything about it: the space, the treatments and the staff.The salon is elegantly decorated, with natural colors and textiles that welcome you gently. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that allow a lot of natural light and breeze. It’s just the perfect space to lie down and be transported to a state of complete relaxation.The treatment I’ve tried so far are always spot on. I started mainly with manicures, to solve some nail problems caused by aggressive products used in other salons. Serena took great care of my nails from the very beginning and helped them grow strong and healthy. She suggested the Quick Dry Mani and I was impressed to see that it lasts almost as long as a gel manicure! Even if it takes me more than half an hour to get there, I can’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. Now that Serena does not do Mani anymore, Joe is my go-to person. He shows great care for nails and is very gentle. I’ve also tried Pedicure and it’s sincerely the best thing I could have done for myself. The pedicure at JP is not just for aesthetic but it really focuses on the health of the feet. It goes beyond the standard treatment you would find anywhere else, as it really makes your feet feel better, relieved from fatigue and comfy.Serena also helped me with my skincare routine, as I was feeling my face constantly dry. She suggested to start with the Heart Chakra Facial and she tailor-made it for me, based on my skin’s needs. I just loved it. Not only my face looks bright and rejuvenated after the treatment, but my entire body feels extremely relaxed! It’s an experience for the “whole person”, not just the skin. I love doing my facials with Serena: she is knowledgeable, professional and caring. I happily brought home some products she suggested to extend the results of my treatments which were affordable and Australian-made. I use them everyday and i can see the difference!Overall, the experience at Jocelyn Petroni is like no others. I highly recommend this salon for those who really want to take care of themself and not just “look nice”.

Jocelyn Petroni has created a breathtakingly beautiful space with phenomenal treatments and service. The Heart Chakra Facial is to die for, my skin is GLOWING. The Chanel Manicure and Pedicure are flawless, I can never go anywhere else for my nails.Her staff are all so warm and welcoming. A total pleasure.

As a self-confessed facial & spa junkie, I am blown away by the impeccable service! Easily one of the top few places I fell in love with. There's a nice reception area and generously large private treatment rooms. Staff was so friendly – Nicky immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and guided me through the treatment patiently (and her massage was stellar!). I have found a slice of heaven in Sydney and I will definitely make a return the next time I fly in. I look forward to it!

I have had many facials in my life but the facials here are unlike anything else you will ever experience. Pure heaven and relaxation alongside a tailored approach that suits your skin. The clinicians want you to relax and enjoy, no talking or trying to sell you skincare like other places I have been and there is a lot of effort put into massaging which I love. All of the ladies are truly gifted but once you have a facial from Ri you can never have another facial anywhere else. I could not recommend more highly, and it is worth the investment xx
