I am very disappointed, i rang them over 3 months ago for a roof repair and they said it would be at least 4 weeks as they were backed up which i can understand but it has been well and truly over 4 weeks and no phone call no body showed up to quote the repair or fix the roof and all in all very very very poor performance, if i could give a minus star i would because i am very disappointed in their service and i would not recommend them to anyone!.

I rang Ooi Roofing to come do a quote on my roof and they never bothered to ring or show up, the job I am now getting done is a $4,500 job, but apparently Ooi couldn't be bothered coming and quoting me or even looking at the job, pretty poor to say the least. Very dissapointed as it's a family owned business and I know the family well, but they didn't even have the decency to ring and say they were too busy or anything and I rang them 3 times.
